A private garden with a recently renovated home, in which the client expressed a desire to create a small ecosystem that would be able to provide multiple services; including partial self-sufficiency, privacy, beauty, varied habitats in harmony with each other (for humans and other animals). The project is inspired by the principles of Permaculture and ecological design, and is set in a context where there are already numerous tall trees, which are here enhanced and related to the other project elements to create a regenerative and vibrant-of-life system.
Particular attention was paid to the management of the mosquito population, which in the summer period turned out to be the main problem for the enjoyment of the garden.

2) Use and enhance margins: the project aims to create margins and enhance existing ones with plant and material borders, attracting resources and fauna and/or creating repellent barriers;
